  Purchased the Motto sleep Power Foundation (Queen). Delivery boys didn't leave the Headboard bracket installation kit. Had them deliver it 2 months later. I was told they could install it. They just told me how my headboard would not work with their bracket system and I should buy one at the main Store. The owners manual had instructions to bolt it down but the picture is so gray that you can't really tell how its to be done. I called Customer service number on back to ask for a video of how to install these brackets, she said they don't have one. Was NOT helpful, said to just read instructions. They referred me to the Local Store. I already called them and they don't want to install anything related to my headboard due to liability.
  I only wanted them to install the Headboard brackets to the frame and I would be concerned with the headboard installation. I guess it isn't gonna happen.
  
  BOTTOM LINE HERE: Request the delivery boys to install headboard hardware BEFORE they leave your house the first time.
